Stop guessing in
LinkedIn DMs.

Start better conversations, recognise when a lead is ready, and turn more of the right conversations into qualified sales calls.

If your DMs stall or leave you unsure whether to follow up, ask a question or suggest a call, start here. Keep one conversation in mind as you watch. You’ll leave with a clearer idea of what to do next.

01 / THE STRATEGY

Prefer to read?
Here’s the strategy.

Every conversation is different. A stranger needs a different approach from someone who already knows your work. The trust, context and timing are different, so the right move is different too.

01

Sell a clear outcome.

Your service is what you do. Your offer takes someone from a problem they care about to an outcome they want. Before you send a DM, know who you can help, what problem you solve and what changes when you solve it.

Words like “confidence” still leave the destination unclear. Add “so that you can…” and describe something your client can actually do.

CONFIDENCELead meetings
without holding back.
CLARITYGet your ideas
understood at work.
FLUENCYStop English limiting
your career.

The clearer the destination, the easier it is to spot relevant people and explain why a conversation with you is worth having. A useful resource, workshop or direct invitation can all be entry points. Choose one that fits the person.

02

Match the message.

Before writing, check how well they know you and how much you know about their situation. Temperature and context tell you how direct you can be.

ColdWarmingWarm
Context-poorContext-rich
COLD / LITTLE CONTEXT

Create relevance.

Start with a useful observation or an easy question. Give them a reason to reply before introducing your offer.

COLD / RICH CONTEXT

Use a specific signal.

Reference something meaningful in their profile, activity or an earlier conversation. “Loved your post” isn’t enough.

WARMING / RICH CONTEXT

Explore the problem.

Use what they’ve told you. Ask one relevant question at a time, and explore a real gap when it appears.

WARM / RELEVANT NEED

Make the invitation.

When they know your work and want help with a relevant problem, offer the next step. More questions can hold things up.

Context can survive a quiet period. In the training, an old lead had gone cold, but a previous conversation revealed a problem worth revisiting. A relevant question and a clear example of help made the call invitation natural.

03

Know the next move.

Use these four questions to understand what’s happening. They help you decide where to go next without turning the conversation into an interview.

01

Moment

Why talk now?

A post, reply, shared interest or previous conversation gives you a relevant starting point.

02

Missing

What’s the gap?

Find out what isn’t where they want it to be. Explore what they mention instead of forcing a diagnosis.

03

Need

Is it worth solving?

Understand the impact and whether you can help. A problem alone doesn’t mean they want support.

04

Now

Is it a priority?

Choose the appropriate next step: a question, resource, later follow-up or invitation to a call.

Keep the conversation useful without coaching indefinitely for free. Not everyone needs your help or is ready to act. Recognise a good opportunity, make an appropriate invitation and accept the answer.

FROM UNDERSTANDING TO DOING

Judgement comes
from reps.

Knowing the strategy doesn’t always make the next message obvious. Judgement develops as you work through real conversations, send messages and get feedback. That’s what Co-Booked Calls is built around.

Put it into practice ↓
02 / Co-Booked Calls

Book 10 qualified calls.
Build a repeatable system.

Five weeks of working on your real LinkedIn conversations together, so you can keep attracting clients whenever you need them.

If you have a proven four-figure offer and can sell when the right lead gets onto a call, the messy part is often getting them there. We find the gaps, choose the right move and send the messages live.

I’ve spent five years selling through LinkedIn and helped 100+ clients book calls from DMs. You bring the context of your offer and niche. I bring strategy, pattern recognition and a second opinion when you’re too close to the conversation.

Find it. Write it. Send it.

01

Spot the opportunity

Find the conversations with potential: warm replies, old leads and people who went quiet or were written off too early.

02

Select the move

Decide whether to ask, follow up or suggest a call. Match the message to the lead’s temperature and context.

03

Send the DM

We write together, then send. Real replies and feedback help you recognise the patterns and build a system you can use weekly.

10qualified calls
5weeks of practice

That’s two calls per week. A qualified call is with someone who fits your audience, has a real problem or goal, and is open to seeing whether you can help. My role is to help get the right people onto calls. I can’t guarantee the sale.

CLIENT RESULTS

Better moves. More calls.

10 minutes

Suzan’s prospect had asked for her booking link but hadn’t booked. We chose a follow-up, she sent it, and the call was booked ten minutes later.

Suzan
4-figure client

In 45 minutes, we reviewed Daniele’s stalled conversations and matched follow-ups to each lead. One booked call became a new four-figure client.

Daniele
5 calls / week

Ben refined his approach and made clearer offers to warm leads. He began booking around five calls weekly and later generated €11,000 during the 10K Collective.

A GOOD FIT

Your offer already sells.

You have a proven four-figure offer and can close with the right prospect. You want help turning LinkedIn conversations into calls and are ready to send the messages yourself.

NOT THE RIGHT FIT YET

You’re still shaping it.

If you’re still deciding your niche, offer or pricing, start there. This also won’t suit you if you want a magic script or someone to do your outreach for you.

THE 10-CALL COMMITMENT

Support beyond
week five.

Provided your offer is proven, you complete the agreed outreach and attend sessions with your DMs for review, the target is ten qualified calls in five weeks. If you finish below ten, we’ll find the root cause and course-correct over two more weeks to make up the difference.

Sprint: four extra Sprint sessions and two DM Clinics.
Accelerator: two private Co-Booking sessions, plus those extra Sprints and Clinics.

ENROLMENT CLOSES MONDAY, 28 SEPTEMBER

Bring a few DMs.
Let’s see if it fits.

Book a 15-minute Fit Call. Bring two or three conversations you’re unsure about. I’ll answer your questions and show you the kinds of moves we’d work on together.
